Thank you for your interest in purchasing an online American Heart Association (AHA) Heartcode Keycode through Flex Ed. The purchase of this Keycode is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Please note the following information about Hearcode:

Keycode request for BLS, ACLS and PALS (Heartcode Part 1) are process during normal business hours (Mon-Fri, 9am-430pm).
All Keycode requests submitted outside of normal business hours or on holidays will be process the next business day.
Payment for the Keycode must be received before the Keycode can be released.
Once the purchase of the Keycode has been completed, the login information and Keycode will be emailed to the student.
Each Keycode can only be used by a single user.
To complete the course and receive a course completion card (i.e. AHA Card), the student MUST complete an in person Skills Validation Session (Heartcode Parts 2 and 3).
Skills Validation Session (Heartcode Parts 2 and 3): The student must complete the skills validation within 60 days of completing the online course by contacting an AHA Training Center (such as Flex Ed) to schedule a skills validation session.

STEP ONE: Select the keycode desired. Each keycode includes the online version of the textbook. The textbook is accessible to the user for 2 years.
