Leadership: Shift Your Conflict Mindset
Shift from Winning to Problem Solving is an interactive one-hour lunch-and-learn for healthcare leaders seeking to navigate workplace conflict with greater confidence utilizing realistic healthcare scenarios. Participants will explore empathy, emotional intelligence, active listening, body language, stress management, and structured problem-solving. Attendees will leave with practical strategies to de-escalate tension, understand competing perspectives, identify shared goals, and turn disagreement into collaboration and growth.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course. Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
