Leadership - Healthy vs. Unhealthy Complaining
Working in healthcare leadership requires a personal understanding of the complexities of working as a staff healthcare provider on a unit. Leading employees in this tough role requires a balance of letting the employee vent and complain during rough times but not be chronic complainers. Being able to guide employees to become solution seekers will help the overall morale of the unit.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 10 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course. Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
