CNA Course - Understanding Intellectual Disabilities
This class is intended as training for the Certified Nursing Assistant. The class will cover common causes, specific categories and expected level of functioning for Intellectually disabled patients. The class will provided information on styles of communication, specific nursing care techniques, and safety concerns.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course. Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
