Leadership - Care, Compassion, and Communication
This course is designed to improve communication between staff and the patients/families that they care for. The course covers suggestions to inform patients about their plan of care in a compassionate way. This course also offers insight on the benefits of a positive work environment.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course. Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
