Leadership - Guide, Energize, Excite
This course equips nurse leaders with evidence-based strategies to enhance leadership effectiveness through three interdependent capacities: Guide, Energize, and Excite. Participants will learn to clarify direction, activate motivation, and inspire innovation to address contemporary workforce challenges such as retention, workplace aggression, and resistance to change.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course. Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
