This course explores the relationship between leadership styles and burnout in healthcare settings. It provides evidence-based insights and practical strategies to mitigate burnout through authentic, humble, and trauma-informed leadership approaches.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course. Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
