CNA Course - Epilepsy and Seizure Disorder
This class will cover the basics of seizures including symptoms, classifications, triggers and basic first aid. In addition, the class will discuss what to expect in the initial evaluation following a seizure. Lastly, the course will cover epilepsy, controlling seizures, and emergency treatment to expect with status epilepticus.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course. Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
