CNA Course - Care of the Alcohol Withdrawal Patient
No RN or LVN credit available.
This course focuses on the care of the patient withdrawing from alcohol. Discussion included: signs and symptoms of alcohol withdrawal, side effects of treatment, staff and patient safety, nutritional, hygiene support and emotional support.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course. Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
