CNA Course - Autistic Spectrum Disorder
No RN or LVN credit available.
This 2-hour class will review the Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The course will go over subtypes and history as well as diagnostic criteria, and recognition of behaviors. The course will also discuss tools for managing ASD behaviors and support for caregivers.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course. Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
