Communication Challenges
This fun, interactive course will review with the participant, the keys of effective communication. Topics will include:
What to say and how to say it so that points are recognized.
Common communication guidelines that recognize and respect the individuality of each person.
How to overcome communication barriers without steamrolling others.
How to offer constructive criticism that will turn situations into positive events.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
Please note processing of certificates may take up to two weeks.
