CNA Course - Influenza
No RN or LVN credit available.
This 1-hour class will review influenza incidence, causes and signs/symptoms, care and prevention. The class will talk about onset of complications that may arise secondary to influenza as well as goals for care and management of the disease from a CNA's perspective. The class will cover influenza vaccination recommendations and how vaccinations help protect those with compromised immunity.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course. Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
