CNA Course - Suicide Risk and Identification
This course will teach the CNA the difference between suicide and suicide attempts, suicide risk factors. The instructor will discuss how depression, bipolar disorder and schizophrenia are linked to suicidal ideations. Lastly, students will learn about protective factors and available resources.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course. Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
