Leadership - Communication Skills: Telling & Facilitating Dialogue
Leadership Series - Communication Skills: From Telling to Facilitating Dialogue. This course is designed for leaders working within a healthcare environment. This interactive course will review skills needed by leaders for effective communication at all levels. Emphasis will be placed on: Recognizing the key components of effective communication, understanding how to communicate successfully with co-workers, managers, and others, recognizing appropriate ways to communicate so that the main points are addressed, learning how to overcome communication barriers and understanding how to appropriately provide and receive constructive criticism.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
Please note processing of certificates may take up to two weeks.
