CNA Course - Caring for the Suicidal and Psychiatric Patient
This course will cover the observation and caring for the irate, manipulative, difficult to control patient. Methods of de-escalation and commonly used behaviors by the suicidal patient. Identification of personal safety concerns for the caregiver or sitter will be covered.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
Please note processing of certificates may take up to two weeks.
