Leadership - Surviving & Thriving Todays Workplace
Internal energy is the pipeline for an individual's daily success in all avenues of life. The impact of one's personal life is influenced directly by their mindset; whether its a fixed mindset or one of growth. this course will highlight understanding contributing factors for being successful in maintaining one's continual energy. It will address issues that affect one's ability for being their professional best consistently in the workplace. Personal issues such as time management, psychosocial issues, reality factors and identifying how to deal with teammates will be highlighted. Recognizing important keys for embracing cultural diversity will be discussed. Identifying changes that will result in maintaining personal energy consistently.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
