Doc Talk with Dr. Kenneth Chang - The Dangers of tPA in Stroke Patients
This live interactive online course is intended for the Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse caring for and managing the stroke patient. The course will explore the most common types of Stroke, current imaging studies helpful in the diagnosis of Stroke, and will focus specifically on the dangers of administering tPA to eligible candidates, including necessary monitoring needed throughout the infusion.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course. Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
