Leadership - Give Me My Energy Back
Working in healthcare requires mastering clinical knowledge plus connecting to resources to maintain one's physical health. Caregivers often struggle with being in tune with their personal realities of life. This course highlights how healthcare professionals can identify realities about themselves to pinpoint activities that can cause stress energy. It will focus on present-day issues and social interactions that tend to plaque caregivers in the workplace. Participants will understand how they get their energy and determine factors to help rejuvenate their physical bodies. This course will emphasize how to minimize the "fatigue" factor in the workplace and achieve work/life balance.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
