Leadership - Insights to Customer Loyalty

This course focuses on understanding patient satisfaction as it relates to both HCAHPS and customer loyalty. The course will explore how employee engagement will increase customer satisfaction. The student will also discover how patient centered care will increase both employee and patient satisfaction. Lastly the learner will gain insight into recovering from unmet patient expectations.


Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
