Leadership - Stepping Up To Leadership
This course identifies skills necessary for stepping into leadership roles. Emphasis is placed on how an individual can deal with employees/peers in the workplace. This course analyzes how to identify body language; utiize proper communication techniques, and identifies how effective listening techniques resolve issues. Strategies and techniques are demonstrated for dealing with staff displaying bullying behavior. Lastly, leadership characteristics necessary for implementing teamwork are evaluated.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
