Leadership- Leadership Skills for the Frontline Leader...Lynn Belcher
This course is designed to provide frontline leaders with
critical skills for success. The course discusses leadership styles,
the importance of aligning with the organizational mission and
vision, and understanding the expectations of a frontline leader role.
In addition, there is scenario based practice in applying the
leadership skills of risk management, coaching, service recovery,
and critical thinking.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course. Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
