Striving for an Excellent Patient Experience
This course will cover an introduction to HCAHPS and customer service including: AIDET, professionalism, phone etiquette and service recovery. The course will utilize customer service scenarios to drive home the importance of good customer service as a way to provide an Excellent Patient Experience.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course. Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
