Leadership - Cultivating a Culture of Happiness & Positivity
This course is designed to reinvigorate the nurse leaders. The course will discuss specific actions to increase happiness and positivity. In addition, the course will discuss how to promote positive behavior in others and use the AIDET format as a tool to make sure that patients feel well taken care of.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course. Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
