Leadership - Coaching Others to Higher Performance
This course is designed to develop and enhance leadership skills for individuals serving in leadership roles and/or have employees that report to them. The target audience should be nurse managers, managers, supervisors, and others serving on the front line in leadership roles. Highlights of this course will cover: understanding the workplace; evaluating your effectiveness on the job; getting along with challenging employees; identifying the leadership paradigm; analyzing teamwork; the power of communication, and evaluating one's future leadership role.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
Please note processing of certificates may take up to two weeks.
