Leadership - Leading Others Through Change
Have you ever had a day when something hasn't changed in healthcare? Probably not! This workshop will help you navigate your team through the never ending world of change. The course will discuss ways to deal constructively with criticism, resistance and apathy. Discussion will revolve around getting all team members on the ship towards progress and what to do if there are those that just don't want to get "aboard".
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
Please note processing of certificates may take up to two weeks.
