CHW Behavioral Interview Technique
***For St. Rose Employees Only
This class is an introduction to the CHW Behavioral Interview Process. This class will enable you to become familiar with the core competencies necessary for effective performance. This class will assist you in development of skills that are needed to conduct an effective structured interview. Recording of behaviors,questioning techniques, and management of difficult interviews will be covered. Pre-printed interview questions will be made available.
Who should attend: Any person that is directly involved in the interview process and has not taken the CHW Behavioral Interview Class
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
