Leadership - How the Mgmt Role Polishes Leadership
This course highlights the differences between management and leadership to determine whether an individual has a fixed mindset or a growth mindset. Effective leadership is an art science that embraces “the coach†paradigm. Identify what are the basic assumptions about professionalism that relate to employee growth and development in the workplace. Analyze workplace challenges in management that hinder a growth mindset. Synthesize how those that have management job titles can personalize their role to create an atmosphere where transformational leadership results in positive outcomes in the workplace.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
