Harassment Prevention for MGRS (AB 1825 & 2053)

Speaking directly to supervisors and managers, this harassment training program offers clear guidance on how to recognize and prevent harassment in the workplace, and explains
management’s responsibility to respond promptly and appropriately.
This course is designed to help managers and supervisors understand obvious harassment issues as well as the gray areas of this prevalent problem.
The course meets California AB1825 & 2053 requirements for management training.
Information re: SB 396 was added to inform the managers about harassment based on gender identity, gender expression, and sexual orientation. This course is required within 6 months of taking a supervisory position and then every 2 years.

Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
