Revenue Cycle Management
This course is intended for St. Rose Directors, Managers, Supervisors, Charge Nurses and those being prepared for management roles. The course objective is to understand the processes and methodologies needed to efficiently manage a patient account from registration through collections. Discussion topics include the Charge Description Master(CDM), charge capture and census reconciliation.
Please Note: Students who arrive after the 15 minute grace period will NOT be allowed to attend the course.
Professional attire/scrubs are expected to be worn when attending any Flex Ed course.
